You can exchange any unused item within 15 days of purchase at any Bata retail outlet across Pakistan, provided you have the original receipt and the product is in its original packaging.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this number on our courier partner's website to monitor your shipment's progress.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit cards (Visa/Mastercard), and mobile wallet payments like JazzCash and EasyPaisa for your convenience.
