Contact our customer support team or visit any Bata flagship store with your original invoice and the unused product within 15 days of purchase.
Quality Inspection
Our quality assurance team will inspect the footwear to ensure it is in its original condition, unworn, and includes all tags and packaging.
Choose Exchange or Refund
Select a different size or style from our available inventory, or opt for a refund processed via the original payment method or a store credit voucher.
Completion
Once approved, your exchange will be processed immediately in-store or your refund will be credited to your account within 7 to 10 working days.
